How To Cook Dried Fruit, Honey And Almond Salami - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Salami of dried fruits, honey and almonds". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

250 grams of dried figs

100 grams of prunes

100 grams of dried apricots

80 grams of ground almonds

125 milliliters of dry red wine

3 tablespoons cherry liqueur

3 tablespoons lemon juice

2 tablespoons honey

50 grams of grated lemon peel

Method of preparation :

Finely chop the apricots, prunes and figs. Mix them and pour over the lemon juice, wine and liqueur. Refrigerate overnight. The next day, grind the softened fruit together with the liquid (use a blender). Pour into a bowl and add the grated lemon peel, almonds and honey. Stir well and leave for 5-6 hours to allow the combination to dry (do not cover or close the container). Then pour the mixture on foil and form a sausage. Wrap it and put it in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.

Cut into pieces and serve.
