Learn how to cook "Pasta of dried tomatoes with capers, garlic and roasted seeds". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
100 grams of dried tomatoes a
handful of peeled and roasted seeds or nuts of your choice
1 tablespoon capers
1-2 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
4-5 tablespoons olive oil
3-4 tablespoons boiled water
salt to taste
Method of preparation :
Roast the seeds and grind them. Then pour into a blender, add the sun-dried tomatoes, capers and garlic cloves. Pour the balsamic vinegar, olive oil and a little water if the tomatoes are too dry. Add salt to taste and grind all products until a homogeneous combination.
The pasta is ready, you can now spread a slice with it and enjoy its taste.
Store in a glass jar.
