  • 1 old bread, dried
  • 1 egg
  • 300 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 3 apricots, peeled and sliced
  • 1 packet of vanilla powder
  • 60 grams of soft butter

 

Method of preparation:

 

Pour the milk into a bowl, prepare a pan and soak the slices briefly in the liquid. Carefully arrange them in the baking dish and add the apricots between them.

Add the egg, vanilla and butter to the remaining milk. Stir and pour the mixture over the bread. Preheat oven to 200 degrees and bake for 20 minutes.
