Required products :
600 grams chicken fillet
1.5 tablespoons soy sauce
3/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Method of preparation :
Wash the chicken fillet, dry it and cut it into small pieces. Put in a blender bowl, add soy sauce and black pepper. Let stand for about 20-25 minutes to marinate.
Then grind finely.
Distribute in a tray whose bottom you have covered with a silicone pad. The layer should be thin.
Place the dish in the oven at a temperature of 40-45 degrees and allow the minced meat to dry for 4 hours.
You can open the oven periodically. It is important to dry the chicken, not to roast it.
After the specified time has elapsed, the meat will look like dried fillet on one side.
And on the other - it will be light in color.
Cut the layer into pieces, put in a completely dry blender and grind.
Distribute again in the pan and return to the oven for 2 hours at the same temperature. Stir periodically so that the "crumbs" dry evenly.
This is what dry minced meat looks like.
Grind it with a coffee grinder and sift to separate the coarse particles.
The spice is ready.
Store in a container that is tightly closed.
Store in a cool place and can be used in the preparation of various dishes next year (but not later).
