Required products :

2 teaspoons flour
1/2 teaspoon milk
1/3 teaspoon water
1 egg
1 teaspoon oil
1 teaspoon salt

Method of preparation :
You may need to use more flour (about a cup), the exact amount depends on its quality and humidity.

Pour 2 cups of flour on the counter or in a suitable bowl. Make a hole in the middle in which you put the egg and pour warm water mixed with milk, add salt.

 
Carefully knead the dough, add 1 teaspoon of oil to it and knead once more.

 
Put in a bowl, cover with a towel and leave for 40 minutes to mature.

 
Then you can start making dumplings.
