4 large onions

butter

pepper

Method of preparation:

Put the dough in the refrigerator for an hour. Peel the potatoes, cut them and cook until fully cooked. Only then add salt. While the potatoes are cooking, cut the onion, fry it until golden and add the mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper. Drain the potatoes from the water, but do not pour all, but leave a little at the bottom. Add the cream and mash to a puree. Mix it with onions and mushrooms, mix well. Add more salt if necessary.

Roll out the dough as thin as possible, but do not overdo it so that it does not break from the filling. Cut circles with the help of a glass and put the puree in the middle of each of them. Glue the dumplings. Arrange them in this way on a tray or on a board lined with baking paper and sprinkled with flour. Sprinkle them on top with flour. Put in the freezer until completely frozen. Then boil in boiling salted water until done.

Pour melted butter over the prepared dumplings and serve.
