How To Cook Easter Bunnies Bunnies With Curd Dough - Recipe

Required products :

  • 2 eggs
  • 200 grams of sugar
  • 15 grams of baking powder
  • 200 milliliters of oil
  • 500 grams of soft nonfat cottage cheese
  • 1 vanilla
  • 700 grams of flour (the amount is approximate)
  • colored sugar pearls, melted chocolate or other optional decoration

 

Method of preparation :

Mix the eggs, sugar and baking powder, then the cottage cheese, oil and stir. Gradually add the flour, vanilla, you should get an elastic dough that does not stick to your hands.

Shape into a ball and refrigerate for an hour.

 

When you take it out, divide it into parts (for example, about 20) and form bunnies from them in the way shown in the picture below step by step.

Cut the ears with scissors.

 

Bake the rolls in a preheated 200 degree oven until golden brown (about 20-25 minutes).
