How To Cook Easter Cake With Sugar Fruits And Cocktail Cherries - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 1 kg of white flour
  • 2 ampoules of vanilla
  • 2 packets of instant bread yeast
  • 4 eggs
  • cocktail cherries and dried sugar fruits
  • 200 grams of butter
  • 350 milliliters of warm milk
  • 1 and 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • powdered sugar for sprinkling

 

Method of preparation:

 

Sift the flour through a sieve and add the dry yeast, vanilla, butter. Beat the eggs with a mixer, add the sugar and beat again.

Pour the milk, half of the sugar fruit, half of the cocktail cherries, finely chopped and make a dough.

 

Wait for it to rise and stir. Allow to increase in volume again, stir once more and roll out the crust. Sprinkle with the sweet filling.

 

 Shape into shape to your liking.

  

Put the Easter cake in an oiled form and bake at 170 degrees until done.

 

Cool, garnish with the remaining cocktail cherries and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cut, serve and eat willingly.
