Necessary products:
3 eggs
200 ml of warm milk
600 g flour (the amount is approximate, you should get a medium hard dough)
100 ml oil
100 g of sugar
peel of 1 lemon (grated)

pinch of salt

sugar for sprinkling

Method of preparation:
Dissolve the yeast in the warm milk, add the eggs, oil, salt, sugar, lemon zest. Gradually add the flour and knead a medium hard dough. Leave it to rise in a warm place, then roll out to a thickness of 1 cm and cut into strips. Shape the rolls by knotting the strips of dough. Brush with beaten egg and roll in sugar. Arrange in a greased pan and bake in a moderate oven.
