Necessary products:

  • 600 grams of flour type 650
  • 350 milliliters of warm water
  • olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 4 teaspoons salt
  • 7 grams of dry yeast
  • sesame seeds optional
  • round metal bowl for shape

Method of preparation:

Pour the flour into a bowl and add salt, sugar, yeast, sesame seeds and about 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil. Pour in the water and make a firm dough. Leave it to rise and divide it into parts, which you roll out in the form of wicks.

Take the metal bowl, turn it over and grease its rounded part. Cover it with the dough rolls, arranging them X-shaped on both sides. Between this base, knit the remaining rolls horizontally, pushing under and over the vertical parts.

Finally, knit two rolls in a braid and wrap around the dish. Preheat oven to 180 degrees and bake until golden. Cool and remove the dough from the bowl. Decorate it with grass, arrange eggs, cookies, flowers or other decorations for the holiday.
