Necessary products:

 

  • 1 orange
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon yogurt
  • 1/3 teaspoon oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 5 grams of baking soda
  • pinch of salt

  • 50 ml of confectionery whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa
  • 150 grams of white marshmallow candy

 

Method of preparation:

 

Preheat oven to 180 degrees and prepare cupcake tins. Spray them with a non-stick spray. Grate the orange peel, squeeze the juice and add the sugar in a bowl.

Add the yogurt, oil, egg, flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and vanilla. Mix until the products are homogeneous and use a spoon to pour into the tins. Bake for 30 minutes and cool when ready.
