Required products :

  • 1 box of ready-made chocolate cake mix
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon oil
  • 1/3 tea cup of water
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • powdered sugar
  • 2 packets of ready vanilla pudding
  • 1 cup chocolate ganache for spreading

Method of preparation :

Grease a rectangular pan and line it with baking paper.

Using a mixer, beat the eggs for 5-6 minutes, add the water, oil, ready mix and after combining well, add the cream.

Pour the finished dough into the pan and level with a spatula.

Bake for 15 minutes at 170 degrees, checking with a stick if the loaf is ready.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar a clean kitchen towel and turn the marsh over it so that the underside of the baking remains on top.

Roll up and let stand in this shape for 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, prepare the vanilla pudding as indicated on the package as well as the ganasha.

Spread the roll and spread with cream, then immediately roll again. Trim the edges to make it look better. Put the edge at the bottom and place in a suitable plateau.

Refrigerate for an hour to firm up.
