Required products :

1 teaspoon grated coconut (coconut shavings)
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
1 teaspoon fresh milk
1 teaspoon sifted flour
1 teaspoon baking
powder powdered sugar for serving
fresh small fruits for serving

 

Method of preparation :

Mix the coconut shavings with the sugar and flour with the baking powder, pour in the milk and beat with a mixer.

Pour the resulting dough into a tray with a diameter of 20 centimeters, the bottom of which you have covered with a sheet of parchment.

Bake the cake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 40 minutes.

Turn on a wire rack and when completely cooled, sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Serve with fresh fruit of your choice.
