Required products :

for marshes:

  • 220 grams (1 1/3 tea cup) flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 6 large eggs
  • 150 grams of sugar crystals
  • 1/4 tea cup of fresh milk

for syruping:

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup of condensed milk, bone marrow and skim milk
  • 1 can of 400 grams of condensed milk

for the glaze:

  • 2 teaspoons whipping cream
  • 1/4 tea cup powdered sugar
  • Berries for decoration

Method of preparation :

Mix the flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. In a deep bowl, beat the eggs and sugar with a mixer until a light, fluffy mixture is obtained and doubled - about 6-8 minutes.

Add the flour to the mixture and mix with a spatula until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

Mix the milk and vanilla in a small bowl and add them to the dough, stir and divide it between two small trays with a falling bottom with a diameter of 23 centimeters (greased).

Bake until golden and until dry - 180 degrees in a preheated oven - about 25 minutes.

When the countertops are ready, take them out hot on a wire rack and leave for 2 minutes to cool.

Meanwhile, mix the coconut milk, milk and condensed milk. Punch the countertops with a fork and return them to the trays.

Drizzle them with the milk mixture and leave for 15 minutes to syrup.

Meanwhile, beat the cream and powdered sugar until soft peaks. Carefully transfer one tray to a serving platter and spread with cream. Put the second tray and grease again. Garnish with berries and serve.
