Necessary products

For the dough:

1.5 teaspoons flour
100 grams butter (melted)
2/3 tea cup sour cream
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground walnuts
1/2 teaspoon baking soda

For cream:

1 teaspoon high-fat sour cream
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon ground walnuts

Method of preparation :

Beat the butter with the sugar, add the cream, ground walnuts and baking soda. Then gradually add the flour, sifted in advance, and knead the dough.
Divide it into three equal parts, of which bake the tops in a preheated oven to 180 degrees until golden. Allow them to cool and start making the cream.

Beat the cream with the sugar, add the walnuts and stir.

Smear the tops with the prepared cream and arrange them on top of each other. Cover the cake with cream and sprinkle with chopped walnuts. Refrigerate for a few hours, after which you can eat with pleasure.
