Required products :

  • 225 grams of chocolate (gluten free)
  • 140 grams of butter
  • 4 large eggs
  • 225 grams of sugar
  • 100 grams of gluten-free flour
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa

Method of preparation :

Turn on the oven to preheat to 160 degrees while you prepare the recipe.

Line a rectangular baking tray with parchment paper.

Break 175 grams of chocolate and melt it in a water bath with butter and stir to combine.

Finely chop the remaining chocolate.

Beat the eggs with the sugar using a mixer to get an air mixture that has doubled. Pour the melted chocolate and stir again to combine. Carefully add the flour and cocoa, combine again and finally add the chopped chocolate.

Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and bake for 20 minutes until done. Remove from the heat and allow to cool. Sprinkle with more cocoa if desired.
