Required products :

  • 190 grams of pesto
  • 500 grams of mascarpone
  • 200 grams of chopped spinach
  • 350 grams of frozen peas
  • small bunch of basil, finely chopped
  • small bunch of mint, finely chopped
  • 12 fresh lasagna crusts
  • about 30 milliliters of milk
  • 85 grams of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 50 grams of pine nuts

Method of preparation :

Preheat oven to 180 degrees.

Mix the pesto with half of the mascarpone and 250 milliliters of water (optionally, you can use broth instead of water). Heat the mixture on a hot plate until it starts to form bubbles. Add the spinach and peas. A few minutes later, season and add the mint and basil.

Put 1/3 of the sauce on the bottom of the pan.

Place 4 of the lasagna crusts on top, add the sauce and alternate, finishing with the lasagna crusts.

Mix the rest of the mascarpone with a little fresh milk to get the consistency of a sauce. Pour the white sauce over the lasagna, season with salt, sprinkle with Parmesan and pine nuts.

Bake for 30-40 minutes and serve.
