Necessary products
For the dough:
100 grams butter
2 eggs
3/4 teaspoon sugar
200 grams flour
1/3 teaspoon salt
1/3 teaspoon baking soda
For the lemon layer:
1.5 - 2 lemons
50 grams butter
2/3 tea cup sugar
Method of preparation :
Mix the softened butter with the sugar, add the eggs and then the dry ingredients (flour with salt and soda). Beat everything, you will get a loose dough.
In the form in which you will bake the cake, put the remaining 50 grams of butter, add 2/3 cup of sugar (even layer) and place the dish on the stove at medium temperature. The two products (do not mix them) should be melted and a golden combination should be obtained).
Boil the lemons with boiling water, then cut them into circles without peeling. The slices should be very thin (up to transparent), but still have some of the meat (this is the hardest part of making the cake).
Arrange them on the bottom of the bowl with the caramel and pour the dough on top. Level the surface.
Bake the cake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about half an hour.
When it is ready, turn the dish over, but do not remove it. Leave for about 30 minutes, after which you can remove the form and serve the fabulously delicious lemon pie.
