Necessary products:

  • 400 grams of white flour
  • 7 grams of dry yeast
  • rosehip sugar
  • two pinches of salt
  • 1 egg
  • 200 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 3 teaspoons butter

Method of preparation:

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and mix until smooth.

Pour the mixture on a floured surface and make a dough. You can work with it right away without waiting for it to rise. Divide the dough into four equal parts and roll them out.

Fold the lower and upper ends of the crust, roll out and fold again.

Do the rest in the same way. Grease a rectangular shape and arrange the resulting rolls next to each other.

Wait for them to double in volume, preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake until golden brown.

First, put the bread on the bottom rack for 10 minutes. In this way the fermentation process will be accelerated and the bread will be baked from below. After that much time, move to the middle of the oven and bake until done. Cool, remove from the pan and serve warm. Break it up and enjoy it.

Have a good time!
