Learn how to cook "Easy pie with yogurt, eggs and green onions". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 1 teaspoon flour
  • 1 teaspoon of yogurt (you can use kefir or a mixture of sour cream and kefir)
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 30 grams of butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

Method of preparation :

Cut the green onion and stew it until soft in a little oil (for about 5-10 minutes). Allow to cool and knead the dough.

Mix the flour, yogurt and egg. Stir until smooth. Add the butter to the oil and place the dish in the microwave for a few seconds until the butter melts. When this happens, pour the fat into the dough, add the baking soda and stir.

Pour most of the dough into a greased pan.

Spread the green onions on the surface.

The beaten eggs follow.

Finish with the rest of the dough. If it does not completely cover the filling, do not worry, because this will happen during baking.

Place the pan in a preheated 180 degree oven for 40 minutes.

The pie is ready.

Have a good time!
