Necessary products:

  • 300 grams of biscuits
  • 150 grams of melted butter
  • 90 grams of violet candies

for cream:

  • 225 grams of unsalted cream cheese
  • 150 milliliters of sweetened whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream
  • 50 grams of powdered sugar
  • 10 grams of gelatin
  • 30 milliliters of fresh milk

Method of preparation:

Crush the biscuits finely and mix them with the butter. Grind the candies in a blender and add half to the base. Spread the marshmallows on the bottom of a cake tin and let it cool.

In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, cream and sugar. Beat with a mixer until smooth. Dissolve the gelatin in the milk and after it swells, put it in the milk cream.

Add the remaining candies and stir. Spread the filling on the base, cool for two hours to harden the gelling agent. Cut and serve the cheesecake, garnished with a few ground violets and enjoy.
