Required products :

2 eggs
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
1.5 teaspoons milk
2 teaspoons melted butter
2 teaspoons flour

Preparation :
Mix the flour and eggs in a saucepan, stir, no lumps should remain.
In a separate bowl, pour the milk, add the sugar and place on the stove. Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring constantly, then add to the flour, pouring in a thin stream and stirring vigorously with a spatula.
Put the resulting cream on low heat until it thickens, stirring constantly again. It is important not to let it boil.
When removed from the heat, add the vanilla sugar and butter. Stir well and cool immediately, placing it in a bowl with ice or cold water.
