Required products :

  • 100 grams of butter
  • 1 teaspoon water
  • 1 teaspoon flour
  • 5 eggs

For the stuffing:

  • 1/2 kg of cheese / yellow cheese (maybe more)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 - 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • connection green onions
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method of preparation :

Mix the butter with the water and place on the hob. When the combination boils, add the flour and let everything boil for 3 - 5 minutes on low heat, stirring.

Allow the mixture to cool and add the eggs one by one, stirring until smooth.

Cover the bottom of the pan with baking paper, sprinkle with flour. Scoop out the dough with a teaspoon, which you have previously dipped in cold water, form balls in the bowl.

Bake in the oven at a temperature of 180 - 190 degrees for about 20 minutes. Then reduce the temperature to 100 degrees, turn on the "fan" function and leave the eclairs in the oven for another 5 minutes.

It's time for the stuffing. Make it by mixing finely chopped green onions with shredded cheese (or finely grated yellow cheese), season with salt and pepper, add the crushed garlic cloves and mayonnaise.

When the finished eclairs have cooled, cut horizontally in the middle, but not completely, and fill with the aromatic mixture.

Enjoy your meal!
