Learn how to cook "Eclairs with cottage cheese cream and banana slices". Delicious recipe.
Necessary products
For the dough:
150 grams of flour
1 teaspoon salt
15 grams of sugar
100 grams of butter
250 milliliters of water (or equal parts milk and water)
4 eggs
For the stuffing:
250 grams of cottage cheese
4 tablespoons powdered sugar
vanilla sugar to taste
125 milliliters of yogurt without additives or cream
1 banana (or other suitable fruit of your choice)
Method of preparation :
Sift the flour with the salt, then add the sugar. Heat the butter over low heat together with the water (or milk + water) until it melts. Increase the temperature to maximum and let the mixture boil. Then add the flour, remove from the heat and stir. The consistency should become uniform and not stick to the walls of the dish. Allow to cool for 15 minutes and add the eggs one at a time. The mixture should become homogeneous and shiny.
Cover the bottom of the pan with baking paper and with the help of a pastry syringe spread the dough on it, forming the future eclairs. Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven until golden (about 25 minutes).
While the eclairs are baking, make the cream.
Mix the cottage cheese, the two types of sugar and the cream (or yoghurt), beat with a mixer until you get a gentle creamy consistency.
Cut the banana into pieces (you can replace it with other fruits of your choice - strawberries or raspberries, for example).
When the finished eclairs have cooled, carefully make an incision in the middle of each of them (only on one side) and put a piece of banana. Then, using a syringe and fill with cream.
Garnish with melted chocolate, cocoa powder or your choice.
