Necessary products

For the dough:

250 milliliters of fresh milk

100 grams of butter

150 grams of flour

4 eggs

pinch of salt

For cream:

400 milliliters of fresh milk

2 egg yolks

1.5 tablespoons flour

1.5 tablespoons starch

80 grams of sugar

vanilla

chocolate

Method of preparation :

Pour the milk into a saucepan, add the butter and a pinch of salt. Place on the hob and when the butter has melted, add the sifted flour, stirring constantly. Once the mixture boils, remove from the heat. Then beat the eggs in the hot dough, adding them one by one.

Fill the resulting mixture into a pastry syringe and form into a greased pan (or lined with baking paper) strips about 10 centimeters long. Leave a distance of about 5 cm between them. Bake the eclairs at 180 degrees for 30 minutes. It is possible to be ready earlier, the exact time depends on the oven, which you should not open during the preparation of dessert.

It's time for the cream. Mix the yolks with the sugar and vanilla, pour in the milk, add the flour and starch. Stir well so that no lumps form. Put in the microwave for 3 - 5 minutes at maximum power. Be sure to remove every minute and stir. The density of the cream depends on how long you will cook in the microwave, but about 4 minutes are enough.

Drill each eclair or make an incision through which to fill with cream. Drizzle with melted chocolate and serve.

Enjoy your meal!
