Necessary products :
1/4 tea cup of oil

  • 1/2 cup croutons
  • 1/2 cup grated cheddar
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 tea cup of fresh milk
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 cup diced ham

Method of preparation :

Put the butter in the pan in which you will bake - let it be about 15 by 15 centimeters or use a ceramic form. Heat in the oven to melt the butter, then add the croutons and shake the form to roll. Sprinkle with cheddar on top.

In a bowl, beat the eggs, milk and dry mustard. Pour the resulting mixture over the croutons and cheese. Sprinkle with ham. Cover with cling film and store in the refrigerator overnight.

Allow the pan to reach room temperature, then proceed to baking - 190 degrees.

Bake for 40 minutes, until the eggs are ready. Allow the dish to cool for 5 minutes before cutting.

You can freeze the finished eggs and then reheat them in the microwave.
