Necessary products

For swamps:

  • 3 eggs
  • 100 grams of yellow cheese
  • 150 grams of mayonnaise
  • black pepper to taste

For the stuffing:

  • 300 grams of minced meat (of your choice)
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 egg
  • spices for meat / minced meat to taste
  • 1/3 teaspoon salt

 

Method of preparation :

Grate the cheese in a bowl, add three raw eggs, black pepper to taste, mayonnaise and stir.

Pour the "dough" into a pan on a sheet of parchment and bake for a quarter of an hour in the oven.

Leave the finished loaf to cool, during which time make the filling.

Grind the onion and garlic clove with a blender, add them to the minced meat, season and add the egg. Knead.
