Required products :

  • 1/2 head of garlic, peeled
  • 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
  • 125 grams of asparagus tips
  • 100 grams of frozen peas
  • 4 eggs
  • 200 grams of cottage cheese
  • 1 teaspoon topped with flour
  • 30 grams of grated hard yellow cheese
  • 3 tablespoons fresh parsley leaves cut into very small pieces
  • 2 green onion stalks, finely chopped
  • 40 grams of ordinary cow's cheese

Preparation:
Put the garlic cloves in a pan (if you have a ceramic with a diameter of about 26 cm, choose it), pour oil over them and bake them for 15 minutes at 200 degrees until browned. Add the asparagus, peas, stir and return to the oven for another 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, beat the eggs with the yellow cheese, flour, yellow cheese, parsley and spices of your choice.
Remove the vegetables from the oven, remove the garlic cloves. Drizzle the asparagus and peas with the eggs. Sprinkle with chopped green onions and sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 20-25 minutes, then run a knife along the edge of the pastry. This will make it easier to remove from the form and serve, but it is not fatal to cut and transfer to a plate directly from the pan.
