Required products :

  • 10 eggs
  • 50 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 100 grams of yellow cheese
  • 500 grams of minced meat
  • head old onion
  • spices to your liking


Method of preparation :

Beat the eggs in a bowl, pour the milk, half of the grated yellow cheese and your favorite spices. Stir.

Fry the finely chopped onion in oil, then add the minced meat and season. Fry it.

Spread it in a pre-greased pan and pour over the eggs.

Sprinkle the remaining yellow cheese on the surface and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
