Required products :

  • 3 teaspoons plain flour
  • 2 teaspoons granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon cocoa powder
  • 3/4 tea cup of vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons light vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons cold water

 

cream or glaze of your choice for spreading (in this case ganache cream is used)

 

Method of preparation :

Sift the flour, sugar, salt, baking soda, cocoa into a form and mix. Make three indentations: put vanilla extract in one, oil in the second, and vinegar in the third. You should pour the water and stir with a fork until you get a homogeneous mixture. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 30-40 minutes or as needed, checking readiness with a toothpick (it should be dry when you take it out of the marsh).

Spread the cake with your favorite cream, decorate with nuts or your choice and enjoy this amazing culinary temptation.
