How To Cook Egg In A Casserole With Potatoes, Bacon And Cheese - Recipe

Required products :

  • 2 tea cups grated potatoes, drained and dried
  • 1/2 cup grated yellow cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon finely chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons bacon, finely chopped and baked
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 2 eggs at room temperature
  • lubricating oil

Method of preparation :

  • Preheat oven to 220 degrees.
  • In a large bowl, mix the grated potatoes, cheese, onion, olive oil and salt.
  • Mix well and divide the mixture into two pots greased with oil.
  • In the middle of each of them form a nest in which you will later knock the egg.
  • Bake for 30-40 minutes until golden brown.
  • Remove the pots from the oven and after 5 minutes beat 1 egg.
  • Bake for another 8-12 minutes, according to taste.
  • Serve the pots garnished with bacon and sprinkled with fresh parsley.
