Required products :
4-5 eggs
100-150 grams of thinly sliced boiled sausage or ham
2 handfuls of chopped peppers and green beans (you can also use peas)
50 grams of yellow
salt and ground black pepper to taste
butter to lubricate the form
Preparation :
Grease a suitable form with oil and spread some of the vegetables on the bottom (blanch the green beans and peas in advance). Cover them with thin slices of sausage or ham.
Beat the eggs with salt and ground black pepper to taste and pour some of the mixture on the products in the pan. Then put another row of vegetables, again sausage and eggs.
Sprinkle with grated yellow cheese on top.
Bake the egg lasagna in a preheated 180 degree oven for 15-20 minutes (until done).
