Required products :

  • 7-8 hard-boiled eggs
  • 4 raw yolks + 1 whole raw egg
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • chopped dill
  • pepper
  • 1/2 crushed and sieved baguette (or soaked in water or milk and drained old bread)
  • breadcrumbs and egg for breading


Method of preparation :

Grind the yolks of the boiled eggs through a sieve, cut the whites finely and mix the two parts of the eggs. Add the raw yolks and the whole egg, butter, salt, dill, pepper to taste and bread.

Mix the products well and make meatballs from the prepared "minced meat", dip them in beaten egg, roll in breadcrumbs and fry until done.

Such a dish can be served with a garnish of boiled beans.
