2 tablespoons semolina

1 tablespoon wheat flour

100 grams of breadcrumbs

1 tablespoon sour cream

1 tablespoon table vinegar 9%

salt and pepper to taste

frying oil

Method of preparation :

Boil the eggs hard (10 - 12 minutes), adding salt and 1 tablespoon of vinegar to the water. When cool, peel them.

Wash onions and dill, drain the water and chop finely. Put them in a deep bowl and cover with breadcrumbs.

Grate the eggs, add them to the green spices, add the cream, sifted flour, semolina, salt and pepper to taste.

Mix everything with a spoon until smooth. From the resulting minced egg, form meatballs by wetting your hands with cold water and placing the mixture in your palm, scooping with a spoon. Give the meatballs an oval shape, roll them in breadcrumbs and fry in hot oil for about 2-3 minutes on each side until an appetizing crust forms.

You can serve the dish both hot and cold with sour cream and a garnish of fresh vegetables.
