Required products :

  • 2-3 eggs (the number depends on their size)
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 50-70 grams of butter
  • pinch of salt
  • a pinch of black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • dill, parsley to taste


Method of preparation :
