How To Cook Egg Punch With Cognac, Cinnamon And White Wine - Recipe

Required products :

250 milliliters of cognac
1 liter of black tea tincture
750 milliliters of white wine
4 egg yolks
1 lemon
300 grams of powdered sugar
3 cloves
cinnamon to taste
grated chocolate for sprinkling

Method of preparation :

It is important to know that you should not prepare the drink in an aluminum container, because it can oxidize.

Make a highly concentrated infusion of black tea in advance. Put the cloves, cinnamon and finely chopped lemon peel in it. Allow the liquid to stand for an hour. Then pour the wine, cognac and citrus juice. Place the dish on the hob and heat the combination a little.

Beat the yolks with the powdered sugar using a mixer and mix with the drink.
