Required products :
3 eggs
2 tablespoons milk
butter
ham
yellow cheese
tomato
salt, pepper and other spices of your choice
Preparation :
Beat the eggs with the milk, add salt and other spices to taste.
Cut the ham and tomatoes into thin pieces, grate the yellow cheese.
Heat butter and pour 2/3 of the egg mixture into it, put the filling. When the edges turn red, fold them towards the center. Then roll up a roll.
Fill the empty space in the dish with the remaining eggs, bake until golden brown and roll over the finished roll.
Cut into pieces and serve immediately while still hot.
