Necessary products

For the omelet:

3 eggs
100 grams of yellow cheese
100 grams of mayonnaise
1 tablespoon semolina

For the stuffing:

300-350 grams of minced chicken
2 large onions
salt and ground black pepper to taste

Method of preparation :

Grate the yellow cheese and mix it with the eggs. Add mayonnaise, a spoonful of semolina and mix everything until smooth. Wait until the semolina swells, and meanwhile make the filling.

Peel an onion, chop finely and fry until transparent in hot oil. Then grind it with a blender and mix with the minced chicken. Season with salt and ground black pepper to taste.

Cover the bottom of the pan with parchment, grease with oil and pour the dough into the bowl, which should be 35 x 28 cm.


Bake the egg batter in the oven at 180 degrees until slightly browned. Remove the paper. Spread the chicken stuffing on the surface of the omelette and form a roll, which you wrap in foil.

Place in the oven for about 40 minutes, 180 degrees.

Allow the roll to cool in the foil so that all the juice separated from the filling can be absorbed by the omelet. Then cut into pieces and you can serve the dish both hot and cold.
