Required products :
5 eggs
4 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoon starch
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
75 grams of butter
salt and pepper to taste
sliced olives to taste
parsley to taste
For the stuffing:
180 grams of cream cheese
150 grams of bacon
1 red pepper, cut into cubes
Method of preparation :
Beat the eggs, add the diced butter, mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste and beat everything together. Then pour the flour mixed with the starch and beat well.
Line a suitable form with baking paper, pour in the resulting egg mixture, arrange pieces of olives on top, and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
Place the dish in a preheated oven, let the "pan" bake for 10-15 minutes, then remove on a damp cloth and form a roll.
Prepare the filling by mixing all the products for it. Divide it into a roll, which you can sprinkle with grated cheese, if desired.
Wrap tightly in foil and store in the refrigerator.
