Required products :

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 pieces of melted cheese
  • 175 grams of mayonnaise (125 grams for the omelet and 50 grams for the filling)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 bunch dill
  • salt to taste

Method of preparation is:

Beat the eggs together with 125 grams of mayonnaise, add salt to taste. Pour the mixture into a pan lined with baking paper and bake a large sheet of omelette in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 10 minutes until light golden. As soon as bubbles appear, the layer is ready. Wait for the omelette to cool a bit and carefully turn it over together with the baking paper. Turning can be made easy if you put a board on the eggs and turn the pan in which you baked them.

Grate the melted cheese on a large grater, add the crushed garlic and finely chopped dill, add the remaining mayonnaise. Stir and spread the resulting filling on the egg base. Carefully form a roll, wrap it in foil and store in the refrigerator overnight. If desired, you can sprinkle on top with dill or parsley. All you have to do is cut it into pieces and serve.

Enjoy your meal!
