How To Cook Egg Roll With Yellow Cheese And Mushroom Filling - Recipe

Required products :
 
4 eggs
350 grams of yellow cheese
50 grams of flour
500 grams of mushrooms
1 tablespoon sour cream
1 onion
1 carrot
salt to taste
 
Method of preparation :
 
Beat the eggs, add the grated yellow cheese to them and pour the mixture into a pan, the bottom of which you sprinkled with flour.
Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees.
Cut the mushrooms, onions and carrots, then fry them, adding the cream to them.
Remove the cheese from the pan and turn it upside down. Spread the cooled mushroom stuffing on the surface and form a roll.
Wrap it in foil and bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
