Egg salad is very tasty, but to be honest - it is not very attractive when served. And if you want to get away from better-looking stuffed eggs that taste similar, you can serve it this way. On small pancakes, convenient to eat with hands suitable for any party.

Required products :

  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon finely grated lemon peel
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2 small red onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chopped capers
  • 1 tablespoon dill

for pancakes:

  • 1 teaspoon flour
  • 1 cup fresh milk
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/4 tablespoon salt

Method of preparation :

Prepare the small pancakes - mix all the products to get a thick dough. Heat a frying pan and take one spoonful of the mixture and put in piles. The goal is to bake a lot of pancakes that are small and fluffy. Turn them over after about 30-40 seconds of baking on the side.

Boil the eggs until ready, peel and chop finely, leave them to cool completely.

Mix the mayonnaise with the lemon peel and juice, season with salt and pepper.

Add the eggs to the mayonnaise sauce. Add the capers, onion and dill and stir.

Put a spoonful of egg salad on each pancake.
