Peel an onion and cut it thinly, peel the garlic cloves as well. Peel a squash, grate it and cut it into semicircles.
Fry onions, garlic and peppers in more fat (level and be about 5 cm from the bottom of the pan) for about 3 - 4 minutes. Remove the vegetables on a paper towel so they can drain.
Boil the eggs hard and peel them. Put them whole in the oil in which you cooked the onions and peppers. After 3-4 minutes of frying, remove them on paper.
Mix the soy sauce and sugar in a suitable bowl and place on the hob until the sugar is completely melted.
Cut the green spice and add to the onion.
Cut the eggs into quarters, arrange them on a plate, spread the fried onions with the peppers and garlic on them and finally pour the soy sauce.
