Learn how to cook "Egg salad with garlic, onion and croutons". Delicious recipe.

Method of preparation :
Boil the eggs hard, peel them when they cool. Grate carrots, onions cut into small cubes.
Stew the two vegetables until soft. Stir, being careful not to burn them.
Then transfer to a bowl.
Add the eggs that you have previously cut into small pieces.
Next is the grated (or crushed) garlic.
The croutons.
Season with mayonnaise. Add salt to taste.
Stir and the salad is ready.
