How To Cook Egg Salad With Mayonnaise And Fresh Herbs - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Egg salad with mayonnaise and fresh herbs". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 1/2 cup homemade mayonnaise
  • 1/4 tea cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chopped green onions
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 8 hard-boiled eggs, finely chopped
  • 2 stalks of celery, finely chopped
  • salt to taste

Method of preparation :

 

  • Mix the mayonnaise, parsley, dill, onion, lemon juice and black pepper in a blender and puree until smooth.
  • Add the eggs and celery in a medium bowl.
  • Add the dressing and stir briefly to taste. Season with a little salt if necessary.
  • Serve the egg salad on a slice of bread, a canapé of lettuce or anything else of your choice.
