Necessary products:

 

  • 350 grams of flour, sifted
  • 100 grams of sugar
  • 10 grams of baking soda
  • 5 grams of salt
  • 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
  • 50 milliliters of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon nut milk
  • 1 and 1/2 teaspoons vanilla

 

for the caramel sauce

 

  • 1 and 1/2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon almond milk
  • 1 cup crushed porridge

 

Method of preparation:

 

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and combine all the dry ingredients in a bowl. Add the liquids and stir until mixed. Grease a baking dish with olive oil and spread the dough.

Bake for 35-40 minutes and cool. Put the sugar, honey, milk in a saucepan and bring the mixture to a simmer.

Once it starts to thicken, remove from the heat, add the nuts, stir and spread over the pastry. Smooth the surface, cut and serve.
