Necessary products

For the dough:

150 grams of sour cream

2/3 - 1 teaspoon sugar

100 grams of butter

1 teaspoon (without tip) soda

1 1/3 tea cup flour

1 tablespoon cocoa

(quantities were measured with a 250 ml beaker)

For cream:

400 grams of sour cream with a fat content of 20%

150 grams of sugar

vanilla sugar to taste

For the glaze:

4 tablespoons sugar

3 teaspoons cocoa

2 tablespoons sour cream

50 grams of butter

raisins

roasted walnuts

Method of preparation :

The dough. Mix the cream and sugar, add the melted butter, baking soda (quenched in vinegar), stir and pour the flour. Stir again to obtain a thick dough.

Grease with butter a round shape with a diameter of 20 cm, sprinkle with flour and pour the dough (the layer should be 0.5 cm thick). You will be left with the mixture.

Place in a preheated 200 degree oven for 10 minutes. Remove the finished tray from the pan and allow to cool.

Add 1 tablespoon of cocoa to the rest of the dough and stir.

Sprinkle with a little flour the bottom of the form in which you baked the white bread and pour the brown mixture.

Bake for about 15 minutes at 200 degrees.

Remove the finished tray, wait for it to cool.

Make a cream by mixing the cream with the sugar (and vanilla).

Cut the brown bread into 2 x 2 cm cubes.

Spread the cream on the white bread and sprinkle with raisins.

Pour the dough cubes into the rest of the cream, stir thoroughly and spread the mixture over the whole loaf (you can put them in layers and pour the cream over them, so they will keep their shape better).

The glaze. Pour the sugar into a small saucepan, add the cocoa, cream, butter, place the dish on the stove and bring the mixture to a boil, stirring.

Pour the hot icing over the cake.

Sprinkle with crushed walnuts and refrigerate for at least an hour.

Enjoy your meal!
