How To Cook Eggless Caramel Cream With Buckwheat Honey, Coffee And Rum - Recipe

Required products :

  • 100 grams of buckwheat honey
  • 250 grams of butter
  • 200 milliliters of black coffee without sugar
  • 200 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 150 grams of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon rum
  • 3 tablespoons high quality flour

Method of preparation :

Pour the sugar into a small saucepan and make caramel, stirring and gradually adding the coffee mixed with the rum. Cook over low heat.

In a separate bowl, mix the milk and flour, pouring the flour in stages so that no lumps form. Then add the caramel and leave on low heat until thickened. When the mixture thickens, remove from the heat and let cool slightly. While this is going on, add the honey and melted butter.

Beat everything until smooth, distribute in suitable molds and bake in the oven for about 5 - 7 minutes. When you take it out, you can turn the dessert on a plate and then serve.
