How To Cook Eggless Mayonnaise With Flaxseed Flour And Mustard In 5 Steps - Recipe

Required products :

2 tablespoons flaxseed flour
60 milliliters of water
125 milliliters of vegetable oil
1-2 teaspoons of mustard
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
salt and sugar to taste

Method of preparation :

1. Add the water to the flaxseed flour and heat on the hob, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.

2. Then remove from the heat and allow to cool to room temperature or close to it.

3. Gradually add a little salt and sugar.

4. Beat with a blender, gradually pouring in the vegetable oil. Do not put more than 1 tablespoon at a time.

5. When the mixture acquires the consistency of mayonnaise, add lemon juice, mustard, salt and sugar to taste.

The sauce is ready.
