Wash the aubergines, spread them with olive oil and pierce their surface with a fork in several places.
Bake them in the oven until soft (about 40-45 minutes). Once cooled, peel and cut the meat into small cubes.
Add fresh juice of half a lemon, crushed garlic, a little olive oil, yogurt, honey and tahini paste.
Add salt to taste and puree using a blender or blender.
Serve the finished pate with coarsely chopped walnuts.
Store in a tightly closed container placed in the refrigerator.
